Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be included in the existing Maori reservation in respect of the lands known as Kaipo A4, Kaipo A8, Kaipo A9 and Kaipo A10, being all of the lands contained in Computer Freehold Registers 282884, WN8A/870, WN8A/871 and WN8A/872 which were set apart for the common use
and benefit of the Ngatihou hapu by notices published
in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 October 1966, No. 65, page
1675, New Zealand Gazette, 22 January 1987, No. 7,
page 204, and New Zealand Gazette, 25 February 1988, No. 32, page 650.
