Under section 24B(4)(b) of the Conservation Act 1987,
the Minister of Conservation declares that the marginal
strip requirements set out in section 24 of the Conservation Act 1987 shall not apply to the disposition to the Tauranga City Council of the land required in connection with electricity works, being part of the Kaimai Hydro Scheme, specified in the Schedule.
