Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 4th day of November 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 November 2011, No. 176, page 5063, by adding after the words
"Her Majesty The Queen"
the words
"subject to Gazette Notice 611484 declaring part of State Highway 1 adjoining the within land to be a limited access road, Gazette Notice 959577.1 subject to Part 9 of the Ngai Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998 and Gazette Notice 983798.1 pursuant to section 91 of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989,".
