Pursuant to sections 16 and 52 of the Reserves Act 1977,
the Tauranga City Council resolved on 19 September 2011, that, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the Tauranga City Council classified the land described in all Schedules below as recreation reserve, and name and unify as listed under each Schedule.
