(a) Pursuant to sections 17(1) and 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for education purposes and vested in Her Majesty The Queen;
(b) Pursuant to section 52(1), declares the portions of land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be set apart for education purposes and to remain vested in
Her Majesty The Queen
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
