Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Manukau City Council at its meeting on 25 March 2010 declaring the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto as recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
