Under section 6(3) Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of errors made in the notice described subsequently, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the notice headed Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve, dated the 20th day of September 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 September 2011, No. 147, page 4243, and issues the following notice as a fresh notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Support Manager for the Waikato Conservancy of the Department of Conservation revokes the reservation as a site for a public pound over the land described in the Schedule with the effect that the land is now Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
