Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Ainslie Drysdale, Land Information New Zealand:
(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road vested in the South Waikato District Council.
(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 481177, subject to Mortgage 8778069.2 and to land covenants and easements contained in instruments 8431287.14, 8470087.18 and 8470087.19.
(c) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken, under section 119, and amalgamated with the land in the Computer Freehold Register 481177, subject to Mortgage 8778069.2 and to land covenants and easements contained in instruments 8431287.14, 8470087.18 and 8470087.19.
