Section 28(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of these incorporated societies ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:
LAKSHMI RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (18 January 2011).
MARLBOROUGH RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION INCORPORATED (7 August 2008).
NZ MACHINE KNITTERS SOCIETY INCORPORATED (13 January 2012).
PAPAKURA CONTRACT BRIDGE CLUB INCORPORATED (11 November 2005).
POVERTY BAY HOCKEY ASSOCIATION INCORPORATED (13 January 2012).
THE HORTICULTURAL EXPORTERS COUNCIL INCORPORATED (30 August 2007).
With this publication these societies are revived from the date of their dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.
