This notice replaces the Medical Radiation Technologists (Fees) Notice 2011, dated the 18th day of May 2011 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 May 2011, No. 71, page 1717.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This notice may be cited as the Medical Radiation Technologists (Fees) Notice 2012.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 December 2012.
2. Fees-The Medical Radiation Technologists Board prescribes the fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.
