Pursuant to sections 130-133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (the "Act"), the following notice
is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-This notice may be cited as the Oral Health Practitioners (Fees) Notice 2012 (No. 2) and shall come into force on 1 October 2012.
(2) This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
(3) This notice replaces the Oral Health Practitioners (Fees) Notice 2012 (No. 1) notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 March 2012, No. 26, page 780.
2. Fees-The Dental Council sets the following fees, payable to the council, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax-The fees are stated exclusive of goods and services tax (GST). All fees are subject to the addition of 15% GST.
