Pursuant to Clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the 22 December 2011 by-election for the Timaru Girls’ High School Board of Trustees and require a new by-election to be held on
30 March 2012.
This notice takes effect the day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
