Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Solway College Board of Proprietors Inc.
in respect of any pupil at Solway College (Masterton) shall be a maximum of $320.00 (exclusive of GST) per annum.
