Pursuant to section 254 of the Resource Management Act 1991, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Ian Michael Buchanan, of Greytown
to be a Commissioner of the Environment Court for a term commencing on 21 January 2013 and expiring on 30 June 2017.
