Whereas the District Court held in Lower Hutt has been abolished with effect from the close of 1 March 2013:
Now therefore, I, Chester Borrows, Minister for Courts, acting pursuant to section 70(1) of the District Courts Act 1947, hereby direct that the records of the District Court held in Lower Hutt be delivered to the Registrar of the District Court held in the Hutt Valley.
