Under sections 72 and 73 of the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, the Minister of Conservation hereby appoints
Derek Gosling
to be a member of a joint management committee established under the Ngati Awa Claims Settlement Act 2005, for a balance term of five years from 1 November 2010.
