Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 22 July 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Paula Grigg in respect of Sprouts Palmerston North 24 (45262), situated at 9 Russell Street, Waipukurau.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
