Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 July 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Kelvin Wong in respect of Aubert Childcare Centre Island Bay Ltd (60204), situated at Murray Street, Island Bay, Wellington.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
