Pursuant to the District Courts Act 1947, with effect from:
1 March 2013
- the office of the Dunedin District Court will also
be the office of the Balclutha District Court; and
- the office of the Timaru District Court will also be the office of the Oamaru District Court; and
22 March 2013
- the office of the Whangarei District Court will also
be the office of the Dargaville District Court;
- the office of the Wanganui District Court will also
be the office of the Marton District Court;
- the office of the Whakatane District Court will also
be the office of the Opotiki District Court;
- the office of the Thames Court will also be the office of the Waihi District Court;
- the office of the Hastings District Court will also
be the office of the Waipukurau District Court; and
- the office of the Hamilton District Court will also
be the office of the Te Kuiti District Court and the
Te Awamutu District Court.
