Under section 78M(6) of the Education Act 1989, the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 November 2011, No. 176, page 5043), directing the Secretary for Education to appoint a limited statutory manager for the board of trustees Ridgway School is amended by this notice.
The following functions, powers and duties are vested in the limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer; and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board to manage financial operations.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
