Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to the Trustees of the Christian Brothers of New Zealand in respect of any pupil at St Thomas
of Canterbury College or St Kevins College (Oamaru)
shall be a maximum of $730.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum.
