Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Iona College Council in respect of any pupil at Iona College (Havelock North) shall be a maximum of $750.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum until 2014 and a maximum of $1,000.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum from 2015.
