Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Waikato Board of Diocesan Schools in respect of any pupil at Waikato Diocesan School for Girls shall be a maximum of $375.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum.
