ACC Board’s final recommended levy rates for the 2013/14 year

Before the levies are set each year ACC gives businesses, communities and individuals throughout New Zealand an opportunity to provide feedback on the proposed changes, through a public consultation process.

The consultation process for the 2013/14 levy year took place from 25 September to
23 October 2012.

The ACC Board would like to thank everyone who made a submission during the 2013/14 levy consultation. All of the submissions were considered and the ACC Board have submitted their final recommendations to the Minister for ACC, Hon Judith Collins.

The Board’s recommendations are not binding on the Minister, who obtains further advice before making recommendations to Cabinet. The Minster for ACC will announce the rates once they are decided.

The Board’s recommended levy rates for 2013/14 are the same as those consulted on.
