Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 27 August 2012,
which was granted under those Regulations to Roseanne Saluni in respect of Kindercare L Ctr 20 (Babies
& Toddlers) (10310), situated at 29 Custom Street West, Auckland CBD, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
