Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 July 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Jennifer Dahl in respect of Kowhai Kids Educare - The Nest (20244), situated at 23 Campbell Drive, Warkworth, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
