1. This notice is made under Part B of the Schedule to the
New Zealand Railways Corporation (General) Regulations Application Order 1990.
2. This notice authorises:
(a) the General Manager of the division of KiwiRail Holdings Limited called Infrastructure and Engineering to exercise the powers conferred
on the Chief Civil Engineer by the New Zealand Railways Corporation (General) Regulations 1982;
(b) the Regional Manager of the division of
KiwiRail Holdings Limited called Infrastructure
and Engineering to exercise the powers conferred on the District Railway Engineer by the New Zealand Railways Corporation (General) Regulations 1982;
(c) the Regional Manager of the division of
KiwiRail Holdings Limited called Infrastructure
and Engineering to exercise the powers conferred
on the Traffic Manager by the New Zealand Railways Corporation (General) Regulations 1982.
3. This notice takes effect on 12 December 2012, the vesting date specified under the KiwiRail Holdings Limited Vesting Order 2012.
