Pursuant to section 11C of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, I hereby give notice that the Minister of Education, on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen, and the Wellington Jewish Community Centre have mutually agreed to cancel the integration agreement for
Moriah College, Wellington (1174).
This agreement was signed on 15 July 1996, by the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen and the proprietor.
This cancellation will take effect from 27 January 2013.
