Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to Southcity Educational Charitable Trust in respect of any pupil at Southcity Christian School (Hamilton) shall be a maximum of $900.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil annum.
