Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated
by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to the Trust Board of the Brothers of Christian Schools in New Zealand in respect of any pupil at
Francis Douglas Memorial College (New Plymouth) shall
be a maximum of $475.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for pupils in years 7-8 and a maximum of $950.00 (exclusive of GST) per pupil per annum for pupils in years 9-13.
