Pursuant to section 28B of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Maree Ann MacKenzie, District Court Judge
to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part 2A of the District Courts Act 1947.
