Pursuant to section 4C of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I give notice that the following substances are classified as temporary class drugs:

1-(5-fluoropentyl)-N-tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-1-yl-1H-indole-3-carboxamide
JWH-018 adamantyl carboxamide or 2NE1 or APICA
1-pentyl-N-tricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-1-yl-1H-indole-3-carboxamide
This notice will take effect on 22 November 2012 and will expire on 21 November 2013, unless cancelled or renewed as specified in section 4E of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
