Under section 36(2) of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve that the attendance dues payable to St Mark’s School Board of Proprietors in respect of any pupil at St Mark’s School (Christchurch) shall be a maximum of $960.00 (exclusive of GST) per annum.
