Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989,
I approve Tuesday 27 November 2012, as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Tuia te Matangi Board of Trustees.
I also approve Tuesday 4 December 2012 as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
