Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and
a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated
6 November 2007, I, John William Macilree, Principal Adviser, Aviation in the Ministry of Transport, hereby
give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised
the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to:
(a) vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to EVA Air to remove its operating capacity entitlement of three return services per week, and replace it with a code-share only provision; and
(b) vary the terms of the scheduled international air service licence issued to China Airlines to increase its operating capacity from three to seven return services per week with any aircraft type.
These variations took effect on 1 October 2012.
