Pursuant to section 4E of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I give notice that the following substances are renewed as temporary class drugs:

(1-(2-(morpholin-4-yl)ethyl)indol-3-yl)-naphthalen-1-ylmethanone
AM-1220
(1-((1-methylpiperidin-2-yl)methyl)-1H-indol-3-yl)(naphathen-1-yl)methanone
This notice will take effect on 15 October 2012 and will expire on 14 October 2013, unless otherwise revoked as specified in section 4E of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975.
