David Oliver Jones, of Auckland
as a member and chairperson for a term of three years commencing on 1 October 2012 and expiring on
30 September 2015;
Richard Andrew Coupe, of Auckland
a current member, as deputy chairperson for a term of four years and six months commencing on 1 October 2012 and expiring on 30 March 2017;
Suzanne Helen Suckling, of Christchurch
as a member for a term of five years commencing on
1 October 2012 and expiring on 30 September 2017; and
Peter John Miller Scott, of Melbourne, Australia
as a member cross-appointed from the Australian Takeovers Panel for a term of one year and five months commencing on 1 October 2012 and expiring on 8 March 2014.
