Pursuant to the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has reappointed
David Chamberlain
as a member and chairperson of the board of the
New Zealand Blood Service; and
Professor Peter Browett
as a member of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service; and appoints
Raewyn Idoine
as a member of the board of the New Zealand Blood Service.
These appointments commence on 1 October 2012 and end on 30 September 2015.
