Notice (No. 3) 2012
Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement-(1) This may be cited as the Recognition as Lead Providers of Secondary-Tertiary Programmes Notice (No. 3) 2012.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
2. Recognised Lead Providers-The following school boards of trustees are recognised as lead providers of secondary-tertiary programmes:
(a) Kelston Girls' College Board of Trustees, Auckland
(b) Tamaki College Board of Trustees, Auckland
(c) Taumarunui High School Board of
Trustees, Taumarunui
(d) Te Aho o te Kura Pounamu Board of Trustees, Wellington
