Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Maria Salt in respect of Natural Steps Albany 3 (45426), situated at 100 Rosedale Road, Albany, North Shore City.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
