Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 November 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Sally Ensor in respect of ABC Queenstown - Tahi (90034), situated at
14 Hamilton Road, Queenstown.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
