Pursuant to section 78N(3)(b) of the Education Act 1989,
as the Secretary for Education’s delegate I hereby dissolve the board of trustees of Waiau Area School and appoint
Chris Shaw
as commissioner to replace that board.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.
