Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister of Commerce has appointed
Elisabeth Patrice Welson, of Wellington
as an associate member of the Commerce Commission in respect of matters arising under the Commerce Act 1986, Fair Trading Act 1986, the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003, the Telecommunications Act 2001 and the Crown Entities Act 2004.
The appointment is for a term of four years and six
months commencing on 20 September 2012 and expiring
on 19 March 2017.
