Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 21 March 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Catherine Holden in respect of Acorn Early Learning Centre Tui (45227), situated at 54 Sierra Street, Saint Heliers, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
