Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 June 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Diane Toal in respect
of Tots on Triton Early Childhood Centre - Kiwi Room (45148), situated at 23 Triton Drive, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
