Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 17 May 2010, which was granted under those Regulations to Fiona Hughes in respect of Edukids Montel Ave Infants & Toddlers (45081), situated at 5 Vitasovich Avenue, Henderson, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
