Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 2 August 2010, which
was granted under those Regulations to Sandra Young in respect of Leapfrogs Early Childhood Centre 3 (25411), situated at 1 Enterprise Drive, Henderson, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
