Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 October 2009, which was granted under those Regulations to Maree Gale Gunn in respect of Lollipops Educare Botany Licence 2 (25407), situated at 588 Chapel Road, Botany Downs, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
