Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 November 2011, which was granted under those Regulations to Gayl Humphrey
in respect of Aro Arataki Children’s Centre (25380), situated at Building 29 Greenlane Clinical Centre, 212 Greenlane West, Epsom, Auckland.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
