Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education
(Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education,
I hereby cancel the licence dated 14 May 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Cindy Paul in respect
of ABC Invercargill - Rua (65187), situated at 172 Eye Street, Invercargill Central, Invercargill.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
